The Marketing Strategy Lab helps you create an online marketing strategy centered on the core pieces that actually matter when it comes to making your marketing work: content, tech and optimization.
The Marketing Strategy Lab is a good option for you if:

I'll be training you each month, and facilitating our implementation calls. You'll have the opportunity to connect with me weekly via Voxer throughout the duration of your enrollment, as well as monthly on a 1:1 Accountability + Action call.

After leaving my corporate career in the oil + gas industry (due to adrenal burnout), I explored health coaching only to discover my expertise is launch planning & marketing operations strategy. I've spent the last 15 years managing high-profile, multi-million dollar projects, leveraging my knowledge of automation processes, tech, and project management to ensure success.
Since my focus is helping coaches and small business owners use the power of tech and automations to create a successful online marketing funnel, I'll be supporting you during the month you create your tech stack and work out the kinks in your online marketing funnel.
Plus, with my background in coaching and consulting, I'll be joining Amanda as another 1:1 Accountability + Action coach. We can connect monthly, so you get all the support you need.
This is our "level set" month where we'll really dig deep into where your business should take up space in the market, and the message you'd like your marketing to convey to your ideal client or customer. At the end of this month, you'll have your strategy in place, as well as the core pieces of your marketing plan.
During this month, we'll dive deep into your target market and explore how to create an experience for them through your content. You'll develop your strategy, choosing where you'll publish content and how often that will happen. With support from Christine Day, you'll begin creating content and analyzing its performance.
This month will be where you put the "back-end" together for your funnel. Based on your unique business, Kylie Ota will support you in creating a "tech stack" (all the softwares, tools, and automations) that will ensure the right experience for your ideal client or customer while also achieving your business goals. If you have existing tech, we'll revisit it and ensure it's the way you want it.
At this point, it's time to develop a process for analyzing performance... and then optimizing (or adjusting) based on the data. Nope, doesn't sound glamorous - but this is really where money is made. When you understand whether things are working or not, you can make informed choices on what to do next.
This is your "glue" month because we'll focus on your email marketing strategy, and the flow of your funnel. All the work done so far will begin to come together. We'll set up your email marketing forms, lists, etc., determine how often you'll email (and what you'll say), & ultimately how subscribers will move through your funnel.
This is a bonus month you receive automatically for being a member of the Marketing Strategy Lab. We won't have a dedicated training this month, but there will be a group implementation call plus opportunity for 1:1 Accountability + Action Calls and connection via Voxer. You can treat this as a "catch up" month if you need it, or as a way to figure out what comes next for you after the Lab.
Select between a full pay option of $2,300 or divide that into 6 monthly payments of $383.33.

>> 5 months of group training. All training calls are live & recorded, then housed inside our dedicated Content Library. Each month's resources and materials includes the slide deck I use as part of our training call, as well as any other downloads you'll need in order to stay on track. For example, a customizable marketing plan template is included in Month 1. The time / date of these calls is based on majority group availability.
>> 6 months of group implementation calls. These are group "coaching" calls focused on each month's topic. They're an opportunity for you to receive help, brainstorm, get ideas, etc. in a group format. These are live, recorded and uploaded into the Content Library. The time / date of these calls is based on majority group availability.
>> 6 months of 1:1 Accountability + Action Calls. These are 30 minute calls you can book with Amanda Rosen or Kylie Ota. During these calls you'll receive personalized support, designed to keep you on track during the program. These are recorded and uploaded to a private folder only you have access to. You book these as needed.
>> A dedicated workspace on Slack for communication throughout the program. You have lifetime access to this workspace. Each month has its own channel for discussion.
>> 1:1 support from me via Voxer. You can connect with me via Voxer throughout the program. I'm available Monday-Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm eastern, but you can leave messages at anytime. Voxer is a free voice, text & image/video messaging platform.
>> 1 year of access to the Content Library, from the date of your enrollment. So if you "fall behind," don't worry - you can catch up on the recordings, and still download the resources + materials up to one year after you enroll.
>> 14 day refund period. If, within 14 days of enrolling, you decide the program isn't right for you, you can receive a refund and your enrollment will be canceled. No questions asked.
